Pat was born, raised and educated in San Francisco.  Her work with mixed media began in 2009 when she studied with Joyce Barron Leopardo.  She has since studied mixed media and collage with Inga Infante, Juan Luna-Avin, Peter Foley and Stella Zhang and has won both local and national awards, being a signature member of  the National Collage Society and a member of Collage Artists of America.  Her work has been shown at Kent State University and at the Triton Museum of Art in San Jose, California, and featured in The Pallete magazine.  She is a founding member of Project 275, an artist collective in Redwood City and her work is currently exhibited at Gallery House, Palo Alto and in private collections.  She divides her time between Redwood City, California and the Sierra Foothills with her husband and Labrador retriever, Savannah, who accompanies on her “treasure hunts” for the discarded items she so often uses in her work.
